RETURN POLICY
We do not accept returns or exchanges on any items, except in cases where the product received is damaged or defective. If you believe you have received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at hello@sano6.com to initiate the refund process.

Refunds/Reshipment
If your order is lost in transit or if the shipping is incorrect (e.g., wrong item shipped, incomplete order), we will gladly refund your purchase or re-ship your order (if item is still in stock) at no additional cost to you. Please contact our customer service team within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, and we will work swiftly to resolve the issue.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
